The Culinary Specialist Apprenticeship Program is designed to prepare apprentices for a dynamic culinary career that feeds their passion and creativity for food with a career pathway that combines college coursework, mentoring, and paid on-the-job training.
Apprentices will learn key responsibilities and skills required to become a Culinary Specialist who creates exceptional culinary experiences for guests through correct preparation of items and food presentation. Upon program completion, apprentices will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate of Completion and a Chef Apprentice -College Credit Certificate.
