Miami Dade College Transfer Evaluation Guide

The transfer evaluation guide helps transfer students see how transfer credits from other institutions will transfer to Miami Dade College. This information is to be used only as a guide. A transcript evaluator will decide the final determination of transfer credits after receiving and evaluating the official transcript.

If you are a current Miami Dade College student and have already submitted your college or university official transcript, please check your student account to view your transfer credit report for all accepted transfer credits posted.

How to Use the Transfer Evaluation Guide

  1. Please select or search the institution for which you want to review course equivalencies (your transfer institution).
  2. Once you select your institution, a list of all course equivalencies will be displayed, or you may click search and enter the course/subject code for the transfer institution to view the course equivalency for Miami Dade College.
  3. The left column shows your transfer course, and the right column shows the MDC equivalency.
  4. If you click on the course name, you will find additional details for the course description and corresponding credits for that course.

What to do if Your Transfer Institution/Course is not Listed

Please note that we are continuously adding more institutions and updating courses to the guide. If you do not see your institution or course listed in the transfer guide, contact evaluation services at evaluationservices@mdc.edu.
